Justworks is seeking an Events Specialist, Digital to join our Field Marketing & Events team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in executing our virtual event strategy—including webinars, workshops, digital panels, and multi-part series—to support demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and customer engagement across the country.

Your Success ProfileWhat You Will Work OnDigital Event Production & Execution
- Own the end-to-end logistics of virtual events (webinars, panels, AMA sessions, digital workshops and communities), including platform setup, registration, speaker coordination, rehearsals, and live day support.
- Manage and optimize registration workflows, calendar invites, reminders, and attendee follow-ups to ensure a frictionless experience.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Product Marketing, Partnerships) on content alignment and speaker readiness.
Campaign Coordination & Promotion
- Partner with Audience Marketing and Demand Generation to activate campaigns for registration growth (email, social, paid, lifecycle).
- Build, QA, and manage virtual event registration pages and confirmation workflows using tools like Swoogo, Zoom, and Salesforce.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints and event communications.
Post-Event Analysis & Optimization
- Collaborate with Marketing Ops to track attendance, engagement metrics, and lead performance from virtual events.
- Support post-event lead handoff, recording distribution, and reporting cadences to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve and scale our virtual events playbook—including automation, templates, and repeatable processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as a trusted partner to the broader marketing team to integrate virtual events into always-on campaigns, customer journeys, and field strategies.
- Support hybrid event formats as needed, including digital extensions of in-person activations.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in end-to-end event production from strategy to execution for digital events (strong preference for B2B experience)
- Familiarity with Zoom, Swoogo, Salesforce a plus
- Strong project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders.
- Exceptional writing and organizational skills
- Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional audience experiences.
- Comfort with data, performance metrics, and reporting in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiasm for learning, experimenting, and building scalable systems to support a growing events program.
The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $86,000.00 - $94,600.00 per year.

Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
