Overview:
Coresight Research is looking for a detail-oriented Events Associate to join our team. This role is essential in coordinating and managing digital and in-person events, ensuring seamless execution and high engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Management: Manage Coresight’s digital event production, including webinars, LinkedIn Live sessions, and other events.
- Webinar Coordination: Set up webinars, send promotional emails, and coordinate webinar participants.
- Marketing Assets Coordination: Coordinate social media and other marketing assets for webinars and events, such as social posts, intro videos and slide decks.
- Email Campaigns: Prepare and send email campaigns for webinars and other events.
- Email List Management: Clean and improve the events email list to increase RSVPs.
- Tool Management: Manage Zoom and Restream accounts, archive videos, and coordinate brand-building webinars.
