The role

Nebius is accelerating the future of AI-native cloud infrastructure—empowering enterprises, AI startups, and
research institutions with next-generation compute power and data capabilities.

We are seeking an Events Marketing Manager, West Region to lead the planning and execution of high-
impact regional marketing events that drive brand visibility, executive engagement, and measurable pipeline
growth.

In this role, you will serve as the regional event authority—owning the operational excellence, production
leadership, vendor management, and attendee experience across major industry conferences, hosted events,
partner activations, roadshows, workshops, and regional programs.

Working in close alignment with regional sales and marketing leadership, you will ensure every event delivers
business impact with precision, professionalism, and brand consistency.

Your responsibilities will include: 

Event Strategy & Execution

Plan, manage, and execute a portfolio of regional events aligned to revenue goals and go-to-market
priorities, including:

  • Major industry conferences and third-party sponsorships
  • Nebius-hosted executive events and roadshows
  • Partner and alliance activations
  • High-production workshops and innovation labs
  • Regional field programs and community engagements

Translate regional objectives into detailed execution plans, ensuring each event supports pipeline
generation, target account engagement, and strategic initiatives.

End-to-End Event Ownership
Lead full event lifecycle management:

  • Venue sourcing and contract negotiation
  • Budget forecasting and spend management
  • Vendor selection and coordination (A/V, fabrication, catering, logistics)
  • Event timelines, run-of-show development, and speaker coordination
  • On-site execution and troubleshooting
  • Post-event reporting and performance analysis

Ensure events are delivered on time, on budget, and at a consistently high standard of excellence.

Sales & Pipeline Alignment
Partner closely with regional sales and marketing leaders and account teams to:

  • Align on priority accounts and meeting goals
  • Support executive engagement strategies
  • Coordinate pre-event outreach and meeting scheduling
  • Ensure lead capture accuracy and CRM compliance
  • Drive disciplined post-event follow-up

Support accountability for pipeline creation, acceleration, and ROI measurement across the regional
event portfolio.

Operational Rigor & Reporting
Maintain strong operational standards by:

  • Tracking KPIs including leads, meetings, pipeline influenced, and cost per opportunity
  • Ensuring clean data flow into CRM and marketing systems
  • Delivering clear event performance summaries to leadership
  • Identifying optimization opportunities for future programs

Brand & Experience Excellence
Ensure Nebius’ presence in-market reflects the quality and innovation of our AI-native infrastructure
platform by:

  • Elevating booth design, messaging, and storytelling
  • Creating seamless executive experiences
  • Maintaining brand consistency across all regional programs
  • Continuously innovating event formats and audience engagement strategies

We expect you to have: 

  • 6–8+ years of B2B event marketing experience in cloud, AI, enterprise technology, or high-
    growth tech environments
  • Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder events with measurable revenue
    impact
  • Experience owning and managing six-figure event budgets
  • Strong vendor negotiation and contract management skills
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot,
    Marketo, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent events across a large geographic region
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with sales, marketing, and executive stakeholders
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-driven
  • Willingness to travel 40–50% based on event calendar

Pay Transparency

We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, the level at which the candidate is hired, and geographic location, consistent with applicable law.

Base Compensation Range
$121,100$151,300 USD
