Chainlink Labs is looking for an outstanding Events Marketing Manager to join our dynamic, engaging global team. You’ll play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing both owned and sponsored events, delivering exceptional experiences for attendees and aligning events with our company’s strategic goals.

Our team thrives on collaboration with business stakeholders to manage a portfolio of high-impact events—overseeing everything from strategy and execution to post-event analysis. We aim to connect, inspire, and create meaningful interactions through every event we touch.

Your Impact

  • Lead the planning, innovation, and flawless execution of Chainlink Labs events and sponsored engagements globally

  • Define event goals, KPIs, and success metrics in partnership with internal stakeholders

  • Manage timelines, drive cross-functional meetings, and keep all deliverables on track

  • Ensure outstanding attendee experiences through every touchpoint

  • Research and manage vendor relationships, balancing quality, cost, and compliance with procurement/finance processes

  • Coordinate logistics including signage, room blocks, F&B, and experiential elements

  • Own and track event budgets, ensuring financial discipline

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing or related field

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in events or experiential marketing

  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

  • Budget ownership experience and a disciplined financial approach

  • Highly organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented

  • Ability to thrive under pressure and remain calm in high-stress environments

  • Strong presentation skills and ability to interface with senior leaders

  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Docs)

  • Collaborative and team-oriented—comfortable working cross-functionally

  • Willingness to travel for key global events

  • Experience managing end-to-end logistics for owned and sponsored events

  • Proven ability to manage timelines, vendors, and competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience or strong interest in blockchain/Web3

  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical thinking

  • Customer-first mindset and solution-oriented approach

  • Creative, proactive, and able to think outside the box

  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms

  • Passionate about events and building memorable, mission-aligned experiences
