About the Job:
We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Partnerships and Associations Marketing to build and leverage relationships with key industry associations that grow our brand presence and generate qualified demand for our sales team. This is a partnerships-first, events-second role. You’ll use associations and their events as strategic channels to reach our ideal customer profile (ICP) — behavioral health, I/DD, and human services organizations — and help us “punch above our weight” in the market. You’ll own the intersection of partnerships, events, and ABM, ensuring every sponsorship, speaking slot, and co-marketing initiative drives engagement and pipeline impact.
Who you are:
- 5–8 years of experience in B2B marketing, partnerships, or demand generation (ideally in healthtech, SaaS, or mission-driven industries).
- Demonstrated success turning partnerships or association relationships into measurable revenue impact.
- Strong understanding of ABM strategy and how events/partnerships fit within multi-channel plays.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer experience — and to hold peers accountable for shared outcomes.
- Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and relationship-building skills.
- Data fluency in HubSpot or Salesforce; able to structure reports that connect marketing activity to business results.
- Highly organized and operationally strong — you thrive on building systems and repeatable processes
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Build the association partnership program: Establish partnerships with 10 priority associations and secure 5+ sponsorships, speaking engagements, or thought leadership placements that elevate our visibility with Tier 1 accounts.
- Drive revenue impact: Attribute 25% of new pipeline to association-driven channels by integrating partnership activity into ABM campaigns and sales workflows.
- Integrate events into ABM plays: Identify key accounts attending each event and coordinate pre-event outreach, on-site engagement, and post-event follow-up.
- Standardize execution: Develop and manage an events playbook to scale 20–30 repeatable events annually, ensuring consistent delivery and ROI.
- Optimize spend and performance: Manage a $100K budget to achieve 4x return on ad spend (ROAS), develop sponsorship ROI frameworks, and reduce per-event costs year over year.
- Report what matters: Build dashboards in HubSpot/Salesforce to measure the impact of partnerships and events on pipeline, win rate, and customer retention.
What we offer:
- Unlimited PTO policy
- Competitive medical, dental, and vision healthcare coverage
- 401k matching
- Paid holidays
- Volunteer time off
- Paid parental leave
- Remote work stipend
- Compensation: $85,000 - $110,000 Base Salary
- Location: Remote
Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. More information about the salary range specific to your working location and other factors will be shared during the hiring process.
