Join our dynamic Experiential Marketing team as an Events Operations Associate, where you'll gain hands-on experience with industry-leading event technology and play an important role in bringing events to life. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, loves working in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences.
In this role, you'll support a variety of event tech tools, collaborate with seasoned Event Managers, and contribute to both pre-event planning and on-site execution. You'll build a strong foundation in event operations, marketing, and project coordination-setting the stage for long-term growth in the events industry.
This position is based in our Chicago office. To foster continuous collaboration, we follow a hybrid policy in which a minimum of 3 days onsite is required.

- Support Sr. Marketing Manager in external marketing efforts as needed

What We're Looking For:
- 1-3 years of experience in events, marketing, or an operations role
- Familiarity with Cvent or similar event platforms is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Bachelor's degree preferred
