About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Event Operations Specialist to support the execution of our global events strategy. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the operational success of our events, with a focus on pipeline attribution, marketing automation, and data integrity. You will work closely with the events, marketing, and sales teams to optimize event performance and drive ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Pipeline Attribution & Event Reporting

  • Track and report on event-influenced pipeline, ensuring accurate attribution in CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align event data with revenue goals.
  • Create dashboards and reports to measure event success and provide insights for future improvements.

Marketing Automation & Lead Management

  • Own list uploads into Marketo, ensuring data cleanliness and compliance with GDPR/CCPA.
  • Segment and manage event attendee lists to optimize follow-up strategies.
  • Work with sales and marketing teams to ensure timely lead routing and tracking post-event.

Pre-Event Communications & Email Marketing

  • Draft and schedule pre-event email campaigns in Marketo, ensuring branding, messaging, and audience segmentation align with event goals.
  • Coordinate A/B testing, personalization, and automation workflows to improve engagement.
  • Partner with content and creative teams to ensure seamless execution of event-related email communications.

General Event Operations Support

  • Assist in event platform setup, including registration management, integration testing, and reporting.
  • Support on-site operations as needed, ensuring a smooth attendee experience.
  • Document processes and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in events, event operations, marketing operations, or demand generation.
  • Strong proficiency in Marketo (certification is a plus) and CRM platforms like Salesforce.
  • Experience with pipeline attribution models and event reporting.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, and data privacy best practices.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and event teams.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with event management platforms (e.g., Cvent, Splash, or similar).
  • Background in B2B SaaS or technology marketing.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (Looker, Salesforce or similar).

Annual Pay Range

Below is the annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for full-time employees for this position, comprised of base compensation and commissions (if applicable).
