As a Vice President in ETF Operations, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage a team offering a market-leading, comprehensive suite of services to help clients launch and service ETFs.
Our integrated offering includes global custody, fund accounting and administration, transfer agency, and basket settlement services to help clients mitigate risk, enhance returns, and increase efficiency. We leverage global, firm-wide resources to provide assistance in launching new and innovative fund structures while engaging our clients through a consultative process.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and build out a high-performing ETF Operations team responsible for managing & monitoring the end-to-end ETF Lifecycle, including order settlement & Portfolio Composition File (PCF) analysis and trouble-shooting.
- Act as the senior point of escalations for AP's, clients & internal stakeholders.
- Drive efficiencies and process improvements within the team and oversee management reporting and efficiency metrics.
- Build relationships with J.P. Morgan's Global ETF Clients, Authorized Participants and External Vendors and maintain an excellent and interactive relationship with internal partners including Client Services, Custody, Fund Accounting & the Global ETF Team.
- Maintain strong control frameworks, proactively identifying and mitigating operational risks.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Manager resource and succession planning, stay updated on developments in the broader ETF ecosystem.
- Work closely with Product development and Technology to ensure successful development and implementation of new products and product enhancements.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Risk and Technology teams to enhance operational infrastructure.
- Participate in discussions with Fund Sponsors looking to launch new ETF products.
- Be involved in the coordination and client discussions around testing prior to launch or new functionality roll out.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 7+ years' experience in ETF Operations/AP Servicing.
- Strong knowledge of global markets, custody and fund administration.
- Proven leadership experience managing high performing teams.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, manage risk and deliver operational change.
- Strong leadership, coaching and people development skills.
- Strong analytical, prioritization, organizational, and time management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

- Advanced Excel skills, VBA, etc
- Strong knowledge of complex corporate actions and dividend income
- ETF cash component expertise, ETF order calculation and settlement
- Open to and embracing change in an ever-evolving environment
