The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan: Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

What you will do
- Perform preventative maintenance, diagnose and repair equipment issues, and conduct calibration and setup for current and newly installed manufacturing equipment
- Identify equipment challenges, investigate root causes, and implement effective solutions to enhance overall performance
- Support equipment installations, commissioning, relocation, enhancements, and modifications
- Maintain continuous process control, perform data analysis, and provide recommendations to increase equipment uptime
- Communicate with vendors and coordinate vendor support and services
- Prepare technical summary reports with recommended actions for equipment issues to share during shift transitions and with Engineering and Management teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and drive improvement initiatives
The skills you bring
- Ability to work A Shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday from 6:30am to 6:45pm.
- Minimum 3 years of technical experience in manufacturing equipment maintenance, electro-mechanical systems, or electrical/electronics
- Associate degree or higher in a technical field, OR minimum 7 years of related experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with automation processes and components
- Understanding of Programmable Logic Controller logic and functionality (beneficial)
- Proficiency with technical documentation and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, drawings, engineering specifications, maintenance manuals, and work instructions
- Self-motivated with commitment to delivering high-quality work with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work overtime and variable shift hours as needed
- Consistent and punctual attendance
- Ability to lift items weighing more than 50 pounds
