Project Scope
We are seeking an Epic Healthy Planet Analyst to support a post-live healthcare organization currently in the optimization phase of their Epic journey. This role will manage day-to-day ServiceNow ticket resolution, support recurring Epic upgrades, and contribute to ongoing module enhancements as the organization transitions from optimization into sustainment.
Position Summary
The Epic Healthy Planet Analyst will serve as a hands-on support and optimization resource for a live Epic environment. This individual will work through ServiceNow tickets on a daily basis, support Epic upgrades occurring every 3–4 months, and contribute to quality of life improvements and module enhancements across the Healthy Planet environment. The ideal candidate is an experienced Epic Healthy Planet analyst who can work independently in a remote setting, manage competing priorities, and deliver consistent, high-quality support in a sustainment-focused engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve daily Epic Healthy Planet ServiceNow tickets in a timely and thorough manner.
- Support Epic upgrades occurring every 3–4 months including testing, validation, and documentation.
- Contribute to optimization and quality of life improvements across the Epic Healthy Planet environment.
- Support module enhancement initiatives as the organization transitions from optimization into sustainment.
- Analyze and troubleshoot Epic Healthy Planet configuration issues and workflow gaps.
- Document issue resolutions, configuration decisions, and enhancement outcomes.
- Collaborate with population health, clinical, and technical stakeholders to address care management and registry workflow needs.
- Identify opportunities for ongoing improvement within the Healthy Planet environment.
Qualifications
- Active Epic Healthy Planet certification required.
- 3+ years of hands-on Epic Healthy Planet analyst experience.
- Experience supporting a live Epic environment in an optimization or sustainment capacity.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or comparable ticketing systems for issue tracking and resolution.
- Strong understanding of population health, care management, and registry workflows.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fully remote environment.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Epic upgrades and module enhancements in a post-live environment.
- Background in Epic optimization and sustainment engagements.
- Familiarity with chronic disease management, care gap closure, and quality measure reporting workflows.
- Experience working within a consulting or contract support capacity.
- Strong documentation and communication skills across clinical and technical audiences.
