Role Summary
Envolve Account Managers have responsibility for the strategic and operational performance of GM Commercial sales. Core to the role is managing current GM Envolve / Fleet accounts as well as to conquest new commercial business through prospecting new customers within Ontario central region. The work involves a great deal of creativity, analytics, negotiating and decision making. Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular customer contacts and set up competitive assistance programs (CAP's) for customers.
- Meet GM's Customer Satisfaction goals by effectively resolving all customer issues.
- Regular follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with products offered and delivery timing commitment.
- Liaise with US counterparts and support global team to increase commercial sales volumes on both sides of the boarder.
- Prepare territory business plan, including business development
- Prepare detailed forecast by customer and vehicle line.
- Develop and maintain personalized business relationships with clients in order to promote the range of GM's products and services.
- Identify and analyze client needs, develop tailored product solutions, prepare integrated service offerings that balance client satisfaction, profitability and risk
- Update customer profiles and contact reports in CRM database.
- Conduct product training with fleet management company (FMC) account representatives.
- Grow and develop business relationships with FMC Reps.
- Design work tools and sales reports, bringing innovation to fleet department and GM.
- Handle inquiries from Regions and Dealers quickly and efficiently.

- Highly developed oral and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic and a professional image combined with high standards of excellence
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Ability to influence and build credibility and confidence at all levels
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Superior analytical abilities combined with great decision making skills
- Ability to work independently and in cross functional team environments
- Previous automotive retail or wholesale industry experience
- Valid G Driver's License
- Ability to travel within the region (assigned company vehicle provided)
- Core Competences: Business acumen, customer focus, perceptive negotiator and drive for results.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- 3-5 years automotive sales experience
- Previous Fleet, Rental and/or Commercial Vehicle sales experience would be an asset
- Advanced presentation skills would be an asset
Education and Training
- A Bachelor's - University Degree (Business degree preferred) or MBA
