Strategic Risk Solutions Inc. (SRS), the world’s largest independent insurance company manager, is growing and looking for an Entry Level Underwriting Analyst to join our US Advisors consulting team.
This in office position will assist our underwriting team with a wide breadth of activities and clients within the captive insurance industry.
Compensation: $55,000-$60,000 annually based on experience 
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of insurance related data.
  • Evaluate and assess the economic, technical, and risk profiles of our clients
  • Work as part of team to assist our clients with pricing and premium allocation
  • Research industry trends to assess clients’ performance relative to industry standards
  • Assemble renewal presentations for C-Suite executives
  • Participate in other ad hoc projects to help our clients achieve their risk management goals

Attributes and Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, or equivalent
  • Internship or prior relevant experience strongly preferred
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with aggressive deadlines while maintaining quality
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • High levels of attention to detail, critical thinking, and responsibility
  • Intellectual curiosity
