Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management:
    • Manage end-to-end operations projects for the Enterprise AI unit.
    • Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
    • Monitor and report on project progress using tools such as Notion, Slack, Hubspot, etc.
  • Business Operations Management:
    • Optimize the design and execution of the client onboarding journey, ensuring a seamless experience.
    • Identify process bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Act as the central point of coordination between teams: technical, sales, legal, finance, and marketing.
    • Facilitate clear communication and alignment on shared goals across teams.
    • Work closely with the general manager and leadership team to align operational efforts with strategic objectives.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management:
    • Regularly communicate project status, risks, and roadblocks to senior management and stakeholders.
    • Lead weekly meetings and ensure stakeholder buy-in across all levels of the organization.
Requirements
  • Project Management Expertise:
    • 3-5+ years of experience managing projects in dynamic and fast-paced environments, preferably in tech, AI companies, knowledge with GPU/compute is a plus.
    • Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.), with PMP certification is a plus.
  • Business Operations Knowledge:
    • Proven experience in creating SOPs, process workflows, and managing operational frameworks.
    • Experience with designing and implementing client onboarding processes is highly desirable.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Demonstrated ability to work across departments with legal, finance, technical, sales, and marketing teams.
    • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience in matrixed organizations or business units.
  • Communication and Leadership Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills with experience interacting with executive-level leadership.
    • Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
  • Tools & Software Proficiency:
    • Good command of Notion as a project management tool.
    • Competency in handling business operations dashboards and reports.
