About the Company

Relay Robotics provides autonomous delivery robot solutions that improve operational efficiency, staff satisfaction, and patient care across leading healthcare systems. Our platform automates intra-facility transport workflows such as lab samples, medications, supplies, pharmacy runs, dietary deliveries, and more, enabling hospitals to streamline operations and reallocate staff to higher-value tasks.

We partner with major health systems nationwide and are growing quickly. We’re looking for a strong healthcare-oriented leader to drive enterprise deployments, adoption, and expansion.

Role Overview

The Enterprise Solutions Associate supports the full customer lifecycle—from pre-sales assessment through deployment, training, adoption, and post-sales expansion.

This is a cross-functional role ideal for someone with experience in operations, technology implementation, field support, or workflow design, who is excited to work directly with hospitals and cutting-edge robotics. You will help deliver successful deployments, train hospital staff, analyze utilization, and assist in identifying new opportunities for workflow automation.

Pre-Sales & Solution Support

  • Assist in gathering customer requirements, workflow details, and site information.
  • Support solution architects in preparing diagrams, assessments, and configuration plans.
  • Participate in customer discovery calls and pre-deployment planning sessions.

Implementation & Deployment

  • Support project managers in executing deployment plans and tracking progress.
  • Assist with on-site robot setup, route mapping, testing, and configuration.
  • Prepare documentation, schedules, and resource plans for go-live activities.
  • Help coordinate cross-functional work between Engineering, Field Ops, and Customer teams.

Training & Adoption

  • Deliver or support training sessions for hospital staff across labs, pharmacy, and support services.
  • Help create training materials, job aids, and workflow guides.
  • Monitor early usage, gather feedback, and help customers reach stable adoption.

Post-Sales Support & Expansion

  • Track utilization metrics, delivery volumes, and customer feedback.
  • Identify opportunities for workflow optimization or new use cases.
  • Assist senior team members in preparing expansion proposals and recommendations.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with customer champions and departments.

Internal Coordination

  • Document best practices, lessons learned, and customer requirements.
  • Provide field feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
  • Support the creation of deployment playbooks, checklists, and internal processes.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, technology support, field services, or solution delivery.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with customer stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and work independently.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites (20–40%).

Preferred

  • Experience with hardware/software deployments, mobile devices, or automation technology.
  • Previous exposure to logistics workflows, hospital support services, or clinical project work.
  • Experience delivering training or supporting end-users in a healthcare environment.
  • Located in state of Florida

Success Metrics

  • Timely and accurate support for deployments and go-live activities.
  • Strong training delivery and early adoption outcomes.
  • Reliable documentation, tracking, and communication across projects.
  • Positive customer interactions and strong feedback.
  • Contribution to process improvements and deployment best practices.
