Job Summary
The Enterprise Services Site Integration Director is responsible for overseeing and streamlining the integration of Enterprise Service functions across EIS, Security & Safety, Facilities, and Corporate Communications to ensure efficient and seamless campus operations, with a goal of ensuring excellence in employee and customer experience when visiting the Aerospace campus. This role performs as the Enterprise Services central point of contact, facilitating collaboration amongst stakeholders, managing project timelines, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, resources, and ensuring projects align with organizational goals and service standards.
Work Model
This is a full-time position based in Colorado Springs, Colorado requiring 100% onsite work.
What You'll Be Doing
Project Coordination & Integration:

  • Leads cross-functional integration efforts across EIS, Security & Safety, Facilities, and Corporate Communications for campus operations in support of Program Office needs, activities, and events.
  • Develops and manages project plans, timelines, and milestones to meet site readiness objectives.
  • Identifies and mitigates risks to ensure smooth implementation and transition processes.
  • Reports out on project progress, identifying and resolving issues as needed.


Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborates with Program Office and other stakeholders, as well as Enterprise Services teams to align resources and ensure project deliverables.
  • Liaises with service departments, leadership, and site teams to facilitate clear communication and problem-solving.
  • Oversees integration meetings and provides updates to stakeholders on progress and challenges.
  • Monitors employee feedback and adjust strategies to improve integration outcomes.


Onsite Events:

  • Collaborates with Program Office leads, EIS, Security, and Corporate Communications on execution of onsite events.


Operations & Logistics Management:

  • Oversees on-site activities to ensure infrastructure, systems, and security measures are integrated effectively.
  • Ensures Facilities are aligned with organizational safety and compliance standards.
  • Oversees the implementation of Facilities and EIS service work orders, as needed, and monitors completion.
  • Oversees the Facilities requirements with maintenance personnel, craftspeople, internal customers, and external vendors.
  • Oversees the activity of special moves, personnel relocations, and facilities arrangements for Corporate activities.
  • Maintains and oversees a comprehensive master schedule for the site, incorporating all events, preventive maintenance tasks, outages, construction projects, EIS projects and other operational activities to ensure seamless coordination and minimal disruptions.


Continuity of Business Operations:

  • Develops, implements, and maintains comprehensive Continuity of Business Operations (COBO) plans to ensure organizational resilience and operational recovery in the event of disruptions.
  • Collaborates with Enterprise Services teams to design, test, and update continuity plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with industry standards.
  • Plans and executes periodic simulations and tabletop exercises to validate the effectiveness of COBO strategies and identify areas for improvement.


What You Need to be Successful - Enterprise Service Site Integration Director
Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, operations management, systems engineering or related field
  • 12 or more years of years of related experience in project management, program management, facilities coordination, IT integration, or enterprise operations
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams, process optimization, and organizational integration
  • Familiarity with IT systems, physical security protocols, facilities management, and event management best practices
  • Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, or similar)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines
  • Willingness and ability to travel on occasion to other domestic Aerospace site locations
  • Flexible to work non-standard hours during project-critical periods and event execution
  • Knowledge of compliance and safety regulations related to enterprise site operations and events
  • This position requires ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, which is issued by the U.S. government. U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance.

Individual salaries within that range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skills.
