Seeq is in search of an accomplished Enterprise Sales Executive to join our innovative team, focusing primarily on the chemical vertical. This role, reporting to the Vice President of Sales, is crucial for driving our company's growth in the enterprise market. You'll be responsible for engaging with key chemical industry customers, understanding their business drivers, and delivering exceptional value through our robust suite of products and services.
As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will manage the complete sales cycle, from initial prospecting and lead qualification to product demonstrations and closing deals. Building and nurturing strong relationships with customers will be essential, as well as collaborating with internal teams to ensure we meet and exceed customer expectations. You should have a knack for navigating complex customer challenges, along with a critical mindset that thrives in a dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software sales within the chemical sector, adept at forging connections with enterprise-level stakeholders. A deep understanding of the industry's nuances and challenges is a must, as is the ability to adapt quickly and effectively in an ever-changing market landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of Seeq's products to chemical corporations, focusing on acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
- Stay up-to-date with product enhancements and ensure promotional materials reflect current capabilities.
- Collaborate with industry leads to develop accurate sales forecasts.
- Create scalable processes for supporting chemical industry accounts.
- Identify and pursue additional revenue opportunities within the industry.
- Maintain organized and timely follow-up on all assigned leads.
- Deliver each sales order with precision and adherence to company standards.
- Accurately record all sales activities and lead dispositions in our CRM.
- Engage fully with Seeq's product offerings, communicating their benefits to potential clients.
- Monitor competitor offerings and market trends actively and share insights with the team.
- Participate in all sales meetings and training sessions to continually develop skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of the chemical industry, including data management strategies relevant to chemical companies.
- Exceptional skills in building relationships with customers at all levels, including executives.
- Proven track record of collaboration across teams and supporting internal customer initiatives.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbally.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively while maintaining high organizational standards.
- Adept at critical thinking and problem-solving, with a focus on timely decision-making.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, showing creativity, maturity, and confidence.
- Ability to adapt to changing sales strategies and organizational dynamics.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and internal engagements as required.
