About the Role
As an Enterprise Sales Director, you will drive Commure's biggest opportunities and most strategic areas for revenue growth. We are scaling at a rapid pace and seek individuals who are passionate about healthcare infrastructure, relationship building, and deal-making to help accelerate our mission. You will be part of the Enterprise team, reporting to the SVP of Enterprise.
Per our current territory coverage needs, we are looking for someone located in Washington State, Montana, Colorado, Idaho, or Oregon.
What You'll Do
Sales cycle management: manage the sales process internally and externally – engaging the appropriate resource to help drive sales results
Meeting Quarterly & Annual Revenue Targets
Managing perspective client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle
Providing a consultative solutions sales process to prospects
Tracking customer information, forecasts and reports
Drive for big wins over $1M + also being mindful of land and expand opportunities as we grow out this segment
Exceed sales quota: by driving self-created new business, handling inbound leads, and working with strategic accounts to grow revenue through renewals and upsells
Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with our professional services team internally
Deliver against client performance metrics to drive revenue expansion on existing business – land and expand with current contracts
Identify, prioritize and qualify prospects and drive them through the sales process to contract
Cultivate relationships with customers, decision-makers, and thought leaders
Drive for big wins over $1M + also being mindful of land and expand opportunities as we grow out this segment.
Build and maintain a robust client pipeline and demonstrate that with our CRM tools
Stay up to date on ongoing new product features and their potential impact on new prospects and clients
What You Have
8+ years of experience selling healthcare into enterprise accounts. Experience selling directly into strategy or executive roles within healthcare providers (CMOs, CMIOs, CIOs)
Sales Cycle Expert. You have expertise at the enterprise level. You develop and lead prospects by applying analytics to specific business issues. You know how to “drive a deal.”
Evangelist. Highly driven individual with an execution focus and a strong sense of urgency and a belief in Commure + Athelas' mission. You can go beyond relationship management.
Team Player. You understand early-stage companies and business environments. You understand the need to work as a team for everyone to be successful. You know there are never enough resources and every day presents a challenge. You thrive on “building it yourself” and the satisfaction it brings.
Recognized and proven track record of consistently achieving revenue targets and quotas
Expertise using SFDC or other enterprise-level CRM tool for forecasting, opportunity tracking and reporting.
Excellent consultative sales skills in defining customer needs, qualifying opportunities, articulating business outcomes and presenting solutions
