The Enterprise Sales Director will drive revenue by closing software deals in Enterprise accounts, collaborating closely with executives, and shaping sales strategies.
The summary above was generated by AI

The role:

You'll be Curri's founding dedicated software seller — the person who opens up an entirely new revenue line by expanding our SaaS footprint inside Enterprise accounts. Until now, the team has focused on routes and deliveries; you'll go deeper into our ICP with a platform that lets customers manage both 1st and 3rd party fleet, powered by some of the newest analytics and AI tools in logistics. This is a chance to shape the role from the ground up alongside top sales talent and GTM leaders, and unlock the next major growth lever at Curri.

What you will do:

  • Source, lead, and close software opportunities within Curri's Enterprise account base, owning each deal end-to-end.

  • Hit or exceed software revenue targets and build a repeatable motion the rest of the org can scale behind you.

  • Partner closely with Enterprise Executive Directors (EXDs) to identify, prioritize, and unlock software expansion inside their accounts.

  • Collaborate with Implementation and Product to make sure what you sell actually lands — informing roadmap with what you hear in the field.

  • Be a thought leader in logistics software: bring point-of-view to customer conversations, internal strategy sessions, and the broader market.

  • Build and maintain detailed account plans, accurate pipeline, and forecasts you can defend.

  • Get demo-certified quickly and represent the product with the credibility of an operator, not a generalist.

What you need to have:

  • 3+ years of enterprise sales experience

  • A track record of closing software deals on your own — independent ownership of pipeline, deals, and revenue (not just supporting a primary AE).

  • A self-starter motor — you're hungry, organized, and don't wait to be told what to prospect into.

  • Grit when the answer is "no" — you handle pushback without flinching and keep the deal moving.

  • The ability to deliver a strong opening pitch and pivot in real time as the conversation shifts.

  • A humble, collaborative style — you let teammates lead when the moment calls for it and you make EXDs and CS partners look good.

  • Creative thinking — you can find a path into an account or around an objection when the obvious play isn't working.

  • The confidence to share a point of view, push back when needed, and earn trust with senior buyers.

Bonus points:

  • Background carrying an overlay or specialist software quota inside a broader sales org.

  • Familiarity with logistics, fleet, or supply chain software — or a credible story about ramping fast in technical, operator-led categories.

  • Comfort with AI- and analytics-forward products as part of your pitch.

What's in it for you:

  • You will have the opportunity to work for a dynamic and successful start-up on a diverse team where you can make a huge impact by doing meaningful work.

  • Significant and meaningful responsibilities from Day 1. The possibilities are limitless and depend on you.

  • There is no work/life — there is only life, and we want your time at Curri to be life-giving and foster the best version of you. We care about family and your own personal development and don't expect you to always be engaged with work.

  • We offer a competitive salary, and benefits including, but not limited to, health, dental, vision, 401K, and an equity compensation grant.

Who are we?

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
