About the Role
As an Enterprise Sales Director, you will drive Commure + Athelas' biggest opportunities and most strategic areas for revenue growth — with a specific focus on our rapidly growing Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) product. We are scaling quickly and seek individuals who are passionate about healthcare operations, relationship building, and high-stakes deal-making. You will be part of the Enterprise team, reporting to the SVP of Enterprise.
This will be a remote position with a significant amount of travel involved.
What You'll Do
Sales cycle management: Own the RCM sales process end to end — serving as the SME and executive presenter while working in tandem with the local AE. Manage internal and external stakeholders and engage the appropriate resources to drive results.
Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets, specifically focused on our RCM solution.
Manage prospective client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle, from lead generation to close.
Provide a consultative, solutions-oriented sales approach tailored to the unique challenges of revenue cycle teams.
Track and maintain pipeline, forecasts, and customer activity using Salesforce and other tools.
Drive for big wins over $1M+, while being mindful of land-and-expand opportunities to grow RCM adoption within large provider organizations.
Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and working with implementation and services teams for a smooth handoff.
Deliver against client performance metrics and KPIs — supporting revenue expansion on existing RCM contracts.
Identify, prioritize, and qualify high-impact prospects in the provider space.
Cultivate and manage relationships with decision-makers, including CFOs, VPs of Revenue Cycle, and other healthcare finance leaders.
Stay informed on industry trends in billing, collections, denials, and reimbursement to better position Commure + Athelas' RCM platform.
What You Have
8+ years of experience selling into healthcare providers, ideally with a strong focus on Revenue Cycle Management, healthcare IT, or financial workflow tools.
Proven success selling to strategic and executive stakeholders in provider organizations — particularly in revenue cycle, finance, and operations.
Deep understanding of the healthcare sales cycle at the enterprise level, with a track record of leading large, complex deals.
Highly driven and execution-focused individual with a strong sense of urgency and belief in Commure + Athelas' mission.
Startup-oriented mindset: team player, self-starter, resourceful, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and quotas.
Expertise using Salesforce or other enterprise-level CRM tools for forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
Excellent consultative sales skills in defining customer needs, articulating ROI, and presenting tailored RCM solutions.
