Brown & Brown is seeking an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Analyst to join our growing team!

The ERM Analyst plays a crucial role in identifying, managing and mitigating risks within the organization. Reporting directly to the Enterprise Risk Management Global Leader, this position involves creating educational resources, analyzing risk data, and supporting communication across operational risk teams.

How You Will Contribute:

  • Identify needs, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and trends from the organization’s risk repository/tool.

  • Assist in the analysis of risk data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Support the development and regular review/monitoring of the measurement components of the ERM Framework, e.g. risk appetite, risk tolerance levels, and key risk indicators (KRI’s).

  • Support in preparation and facilitation of risk reviews at various levels, and cross-functionally, within the business.

  • Support and communicate to others on risk-smart culture around risk identification and management.

  • Field questions posed to the ERM team from various stakeholders.

  • Assist in coordinating and communicating with Operational Risk Teams across the organization.

  • Develop educational materials and resources for ERM Program participants.

  • Ensure subject matter content is informative, accessible, and aligned with best practices.

Skills and Experience to be Successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum of five (5) years of Risk Management experience

  • Demonstrated understanding of risk management frameworks and best practices, and internal control principles and concepts, such as identifying risk in key processes, compliance with regulatory requirements, monitoring, testing, issue management, risk appetite, and related metrics, and reporting.

  • Critical thinking skills to analyze data and produce meaningful reporting, data, and solutions for emerging threats and opportunities.

  • Experienced and comfortable utilizing risk management systems, as well as development and production of dashboards, scorecards, and reports to support management and the executive team for their evaluation of enterprise risk.

  • 25% Travel expected

Pay Range

90,000 - 105,000 Annual

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
