  • Partner with executive sponsors to define scope, success metrics, and decision criteria for enterprise initiatives upfront
  • Facilitate trade-off discussions across competing enterprise priorities, capacity constraints, and dependencies
  • Ensure clear ownership, RACI, and accountability across enterprise programs and Programs

Delivery Oversight & Risk Management

  • Provide delivery oversight across enterprise programs and projects to ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-value delivery
  • Identify, track, and escalate risks, issues, and cross-functional dependencies early
  • Partner with project and program managers to drive consistent delivery discipline across enterprise initiatives
  • Prevent scope creep through structured change management and governance for enterprise work

Value Measurement & KPI Management

  • Define success metrics and KPIs aligned to enterprise strategy (CX, cost, efficiency, adoption, scalability)
  • Establish baselines and track outcomes pre- and post-implementation for enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Measure benefits realization versus planned value and surface gaps to executive sponsors
  • Provide reporting on enterprise Program performance, outcomes, and risks

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Act as a trusted partner and advisor to executive sponsors and functional leaders
  • Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Marketing, RevOps, Ops, IT, and Finance for enterprise initiatives
  • Lead complex, cross-functional conversations to drive clarity, decisions, and forward momentum
  • Communicate enterprise Program status, risks, and decisions clearly and concisely to various audiences

  • Enterprise Program management, including initiative intake, governance, prioritization, and dependency management
  • Mergers & acquisitions support, including integration planning, execution oversight, and value realization tracking
  • Go-to-market and revenue initiatives, lead lifecycle optimization, and RevOps enablement
  • Enterprise product and customer experience programs spanning multiple functions and platforms

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience owning and managing enterprise-wide, cross-functional Programs
  • Strong understanding of governance, prioritization, and value-based delivery at an enterprise scale

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
