The Enterprise Program Coordinator manages customer operations for pharmaceutical clients, coordinating schedules for service requests and inquiries, and acting as the main point of contact.
Job Description
・エンタープライズサービスをご契約いただいたお客様(主に製薬会社様)のコンシェルジュ的な役割として、日々のオペレーションの第一コンタクト先としてお客様との契約内容を速やかにかつ誠実な対応で実行します。
具体的には、お客様の使用している化学分析機器(アジレント社製または他の会社の機器)の点検・修理サービス等の要請や問い合わせに対応し、お客様・アジレントおよびベンダー様とのエンジニア訪問の日程調整および関連業務を実施いただきます。

Qualifications・PCによる業務系システム操作(SAP/CRM)
・Office系ソフト操作
・コミュニケーション(日本語・英語) TOEIC600点相当以上
・理系の学部出身もしくは製薬会社での経験があれば尚可
・GxPの規則およびガイドラインの基礎知識があれば尚可
・見積取得、注文書発行および請求処理に関わる理解と経験があれば尚可

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
