Changing Healthcare For Good

At Angle Health, we believe the healthcare system should be accessible, transparent, and easy to navigate. As a digital-first, data-driven health plan, we are replacing legacy systems with modern infrastructure to deliver our members the care they need when they need it. If you want to build the future of healthcare, we'd love for you to join us.

Role Overview

The Enterprise Partnerships Lead is responsible for driving Angle Health’s top-down, national relationship strategy across strategic distribution partners. This is a hybrid role that combines enterprise sales, ecosystem development, and strategic relationship management. The successful candidate will own and expand Angle’s footprint with high-leverage partners including quoting platforms, national general agencies, benefits marketplaces, and large-scale brokers. The role interfaces heavily with the Product, Sales, and Executive teams and plays a central role in shaping and executing Angle’s commercial go-to-market strategy.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Partnerships and Business Development

  • Identify, prioritize, and launch strategic relationships with quoting platforms (e.g., Benefitter, Limelight, FormFire), aggregators, associations, TPAs, and high-growth GAs

  • Structure partnership agreements, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure successful onboarding and integration

  • Manage and grow executive-level relationships with national brokers and enterprise partners

Sales Strategy & Enablement

  • Work hand-in-hand with the VP Sales and sales leadership to identify partner-aligned distribution motions and integrated go-to-market strategies

  • Drive market activation with partner organizations and platform users to generate quote volume and influence pipeline

  • Act as a quarterback between internal sales, underwriting, and product to support complex partner motions or national-level RFPs

Quoting Platform Distribution

  • Serve as Angle’s internal and external point of contact for distribution on third-party quoting platforms (e.g., Zywave, Quotit, Ease)

  • Oversee execution of listing strategy, file feeds, API integrations, and product positioning on these platforms in coordination with Product and Operations

  • Advocate for feature and roadmap enhancements that increase platform quote share and conversion

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to optimize partner workflows and integrate data flows (e.g., attribution, quote ingestion, CRM updates)

  • Work with Underwriting and Actuarial teams to shape partner pricing strategies and launch scalable programs (e.g., exclusive discounts, pilot programs)

Leadership and Vision

  • Establish internal reporting on partner-driven quoting performance, conversion trends, and partner attribution

  • Represent Angle Health externally at national conferences, partner summits, and industry panels

What You Bring

  • 6–10+ years of experience in health insurance, employee benefits, or health tech with a strong background in partnerships, enterprise sales, or BD

  • Prior experience managing national broker, GA, or platform relationships (e.g., Ease, Limelight, FormFire, or industry-specific partners like ADP, Nayya, OneDigital, etc.)

  • Strategic negotiation and contracting experience, ideally including revenue-share or distribution models

  • Deep familiarity with the quoting and enrollment lifecycle for level-funded or self-funded plans

  • Highly organized, data-driven operator with a strong execution bias

  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and operate with executive-level polish

Because We Value You:

• Competitive compensation and stock options

• 100% company-paid comprehensive health, vision & dental insurance for you and your dependents

• Supplemental Life, AD&D and Short-Term Disability coverage options

• Discretionary time off

• Opportunity for rapid career progression

• 3 months of paid parental leave and flexible return to work policy (after 12 months of employment)

• Work-from-home stipend for remote employees

• 401(k) account

• Other benefits are coming soon!

Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
