Alerting and Notification: Design and implement alerting and notification systems, ensuring timely and effective communication to stakeholders.
System Maintenance and Upgrades: Plan and execute regular monitoring system checks, maintenance tasks, and upgrades, ensuring high availability and performance.
Customer Communication: Collaborate with customers to understand their monitoring needs, providing tailored solutions and support.
Documentation and Standards: Develop, maintain, and enforce monitoring procedures, configurations, and best practices, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
On-Call Support: Participate in on-call rotation, providing 24/7 support for critical monitoring issues and incidents.

Full-Time Salary Range: $86460 - $146982
