In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. This opportunity is ideal for experienced professionals eager to influence the intersection of MarTech, creative operations, and intelligent automation.
Scope of Work
Assess and provide feedback on AI-powered workflows for marketing operations, content management, and campaign execution.
Test integrations between enterprise platforms (such as Adobe Workfront, AEM, Adobe Analytics, and Google Analytics) and AI agents, identifying points of friction or inefficiency.
Evaluate the accuracy, relevance, and usability of content, campaign, and analytics workflows powered by AI systems.
Document insights, suggestions, and opportunities for workflow improvement based on hands-on testing.
Identify and flag incorrect or flawed campaign, approval, or data workflows generated by AI-driven processes.
Collaborate with micro1 project coordinators and other experts to share findings and build collective best practices.
Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions or feedback rounds to help refine AI models for real-world enterprise marketing environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Professional background in marketing operations, MarTech, content operations, creative operations, or digital experience management.
Hands-on expertise with enterprise marketing and content platforms—especially Adobe Workfront, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Cloud, or comparable technologies.
Experience using generative AI tools in a professional context, such as ChatGPT, Codex, Claude Cowork, or Claude Code.
Demonstrated proficiency with digital asset management, campaign management, and analytics platforms.
Familiarity with workflow integrations across connected enterprise systems like Gmail, Google Drive, Slack, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or Salesforce.
Sharp analytical skills to recognize suboptimal processes, errors, or opportunities for workflow optimization.
Effective communicator able to clearly document and present findings for technical and business audiences.
