Code and Theory seeks an accomplished and dynamic Enterprise Growth Lead to lead and grow our enterprise sales efforts for Adobe Solutions. This role is critical to accelerating our growth, strengthening our strategic partnerships, and delivering value to clients by addressing their digital transformation needs.

 WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Own and support revenue targets for Code and Theory's Adobe-focused enterprise sales, focusing on Adobe Experience Cloud, including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Commerce
  • Identify and capitalize on high-value opportunities within new and existing enterprise accounts to grow our market presence and achieve aggressive revenue goals
  • Establish, maintain, and grow trusted C-suite relationships with key decision-makers, including CMOs, CIOs, CTOs, and other senior executives
  • Act as a trusted advisor, deeply understanding client challenges and opportunities and leveraging Adobe’s digital solutions to deliver impactful business outcomes
  • Build a reputation for thought leadership, providing strategic insights that address client needs and differentiate Code and Theory in the market
  • Lead a high-performing enterprise sales team, set clear objectives, track performance metrics, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and results
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent with expertise in Adobe’s ecosystem and enterprise software sales
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to ensure the team’s continuous growth and success
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Adobe solutions, leveraging market trends, competitive analysis, and deep industry expertise
  • Create and execute account-specific growth plans that maximize value for both the client and Code and Theory
  • Collaborate with Adobe’s sales and account teams to co-sell and expand the use of Adobe solutions across strategic accounts
  • Partner with internal teams, including technology, design, strategy, and marketing, to deliver end-to-end client solutions and ensure seamless execution
  • Work closely with Adobe’s partner teams to align on strategy, pursue joint opportunities, and co-market solutions
  • Lead efforts to integrate Adobe solutions into Code and Theory’s broader service offerings, ensuring we deliver comprehensive solutions to clients
  • Stay current on Adobe’s evolving technology stack, market trends, and industry challenges to effectively position Code and Theory as a leader in Adobe implementation and consulting
  • Lead product demonstrations, deliver compelling use cases and showcase how Adobe solutions can transform client businesses
  • Provide senior leadership with accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and business performance reports
  • Leverage data and analytics to refine sales strategies, prioritize opportunities, and optimize resource allocation
  • Travel to engage directly with clients, develop relationships, and participate in key meetings, presentations, and industry events

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales leadership, with a proven track record of success in SaaS or digital experience platforms
  • Extensive experience working with Adobe Experience Cloud or equivalent digital transformation solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to close complex, high-value deals with Fortune 500 clients
  • Strong relationships with C-level executives across industries, including technology, retail, healthcare, and financial services
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and client success
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client solutions
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with excellent forecasting and reporting capabilities
  • A bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred
  • Prior experience working in or with creative agencies or digital transformation consultancies
  • Deep understanding of the Adobe partner ecosystem and its go-to-market strategy
  • Established a network of senior decision-makers across industries

The target range of base compensation for this role is $200,000 - $300,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
