Assurant Housing is seeking a dynamic and strategic Enterprise Client Relationship Executive to lead a long-standing partnership with a key client of over 20 years. In this high-impact role, you will serve as a critical member of the Account Management Team, acting as a strategic liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for driving innovation, managing cross-functional initiatives, and delivering effective, client-focused solutions across multiple products. This role requires a strong ability to cultivate and maintain executive-level relationships, ensuring alignment with client goals while fostering long-term growth and success.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?  

Drive Strategic Growth Initiatives: Lead the execution of key initiatives aimed at increasing revenue and deepening engagement within the existing client base.

  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and sustain strategic client relationships through the consistent delivery of high-quality solutions. Responsibilities include preparing structured meeting agendas, facilitating focused discussions, and producing actionable summaries to advance key initiatives.

  • Business Alignment and Strategy: Collaborate with clients to define business outcomes and align Assurant’s strategic offerings with their evolving priorities, extending relationships beyond current contractual scopes.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Navigate and influence technical, business, and senior leadership level stakeholders—both internally and externally—to support client objectives and drive mutual success.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Orchestrate internal resources and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client experiences, including new product and service implementations.

  • Executive Communication: Lead high-level business value conversations with client executives, translating strategic goals into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.

  • Operational Review: Monitor and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), working closely with operations teams to maintain performance standards and resolve issues proactively.

  • Financial Accountability: Oversee client financial performance, including monthly goal tracking and reporting.

  • Business Planning and Reviews: Contribute to the development of annual business plans and lead client business reviews, ensuring alignment on KPIs, performance metrics, and revenue targets.

  • Change Management and Compliance: Advocate for and manage client change requirements in alignment with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and state compliance mandates.

  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and deliver comprehensive business review materials, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and effective presentation logistics.

What are the requirements needed for this position?  

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in a client-facing Enterprise Account Management role, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strategic relationships with high-value clients.

  • Demonstrated expertise in leading and executing large-scale project management programs, delivering measurable business outcomes within tight deadlines and complex organizational structures.

  • Strong strategic thinking and innovation skills, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities, align cross-functional activities, and manage multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously.

  • Proven success in coordinating and motivating large, diverse teams to achieve ambitious goals, drive collaboration, and deliver results in dynamic environments.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on delivering value and fostering long-term client partnerships.

  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments with a strong focus on timely and high-quality delivery of responsibilities.

  • Demonstrated success in leading and motivating large, diverse teams to achieve results through influence and collaboration.

  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
       

How much should I expect to travel?  

  • Up to 10% annually.

Pay Range:

$101,500.00 - $169,400.00

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
