The Exploration, Development, Growth and Experience (EDGE) Program supports DTCC’s commitment to identifying and selecting diverse early career talent across the organization, ensuring you have a comprehensive understanding of our industry, our company, the technical / functional skills needed for the various business areas, and the leadership competencies needed for overall success within DTCC.

The impact you will have in this role:

The Enterprise Client Operations group delivers world-class safety and soundness for the global financial services industry. The team provides DTCC’s portfolio of core securities and superior transaction processing and client services support in an environment that minimizes risk and cost while maximizing efficiency. While each intern will gain an understanding of what the department, they are assigned to does and the business role it plays within Enterprise Client Operations, their specific job responsibilities will be dependent on the department they are assigned to work in. 

Your Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop core leadership competencies
  • Assist in day-to-day processing activities in Enterprise Client Operations
  • Participate in team meetings  
  • Support the team on ad-hoc tasks, assignments, special projects, etc.  
  • Provide verbal and written evidence of technical knowledge 
  • Manage relationships with multiple levels of management within Enterprise Client Operations 
  • Aligns risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk and escalates appropriately

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must be working towards a bachelor’s degree in the following curriculums and graduating no later than May 2026: Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field
  • Candidates must have authorization to work permanently in the US without the need for sponsorship (now or in the future)
  • Candidates must have minimum of a 3.2 GPA upon graduation

Talents Needed for Success:

  • Must demonstrate superior analytical and communication skills 
  • Strong interest in the financial services industry, with previous internship experience a plus 
  • Motivated self-starter 
  • Ability to grasp new concepts 
  • Proficient computer and technical skills 
  • Ability to work within a team environment
The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
