The Enterprise Architect is responsible for leading large enterprise transformation engagements, complex multi practice E360 CX transformations, architecture governance, vision and roadmap and ensuring optimal solutions are architected and developed across many workstreams to meet the client business challenges.   In addition, you will elevate TTEC Digital's relationships with our clients by approaching them through a customer experience lens and architecting bleeding-edge technology solutions while becoming a trusted advisor.   You will be a thought leader both internally and externally, always embodying our core values of innovation, passion, excellence, and integrity.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Client engagement
  • Actively collaborates with sales and delivery to develop client proposals around process and solution options, create roadmaps, and clearly explain technical concepts for shared understanding to facilitate decision-making
  • Demonstrates a proven ability to establish himself/herself as a trusted advisor in an atmosphere of partnership with clients at the executive level
  • Consistently and effectively consultatively leads technical and non-technical enterprise executive-level client stakeholders on complex functional approaches, alternatives and risks, and best practices

  • Project delivery
  • Leads enterprise-scale, complex functional requirements elicitation, design, and scoping discussions, internally and/or with existing and potential clients
  • Decomposes enterprise-scale requirements/user stories into tasks, and accurately estimates the effort for themselves or others to complete those tasks
  • Professionally delegates technical tasks to other team members for multi-workstream enterprise projects
  • Demonstrates a consistent capability for effective project leadership on a variety of projects and project types, including multi-workstream large-scale complex projects with global teams
  • Identifies problems independently and demonstrates proactive ownership of their solution, vets and evaluates others’ proposed solutions, and delegates ownership to others where appropriate
  • Demonstrates a proven, repeatable track record of successful enterprise-scale project delivery
  • Demonstrates an ability to monitor other consultants’ completion of tasks, to help other consultants eliminate or work around impediments, and to identify additional work for others

  • Expertise
  • Documents requirements/user stories and acceptance criteria for enterprise projects effectively and clearly enough for remote on- and off-shore team members to work on tasks with reasonable autonomy
  • For enterprise projects, reviews requirements/user stories of others for completeness and clarity

What You Bring to the Role

  • Is able to write moderately complex data queries and/or simple low-code routines
  • Has 5+ years of experience with Agile delivery, and is able to recommend whether an Agile, traditional/waterfall, or hybrid approach is most suitable for a project
  • Has 5+ years’ experience leading consulting projects for enterprise clients with three or more of the following types (or comparable) of projects, and is considered a go-to source of knowledge for others:
  • Implementing, configuring and customizing Microsoft D365 CE including but not limited to configuring forms, views, dashboards, workflows, business rules, solutions, etc. 
  • Implementing, configuring and customizing Power Platform including but not limited to Power Automate, Power BI, PowerApps 
  • Upgrading/migrating CRM on-premise to D365 Sales
  • Implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM or D365 Sales
  • Implementing D365 Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, Portals, or Customer Insights
  • Migrating data and and/or implementing integrations to and from D365
  • Is able to identify whether a routine of high complexity should be implemented via a no-code solution or via a software development effort
  • Has four or more Microsoft D365 certifications
  • Is a constant learner, and is proactive and passionate about seeking out educational opportunities, achieving certifications, following market trends, and overall self-improvement

What You Can Expect

  • The anticipated range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $180,000 to $210,000. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.  
  • Benefits available to eligible employees include the following: Medical, dental, vision, tax-advantaged health care accounts, financial and income protection benefits, paid time off (PTO) and wellness time off.
