Blitzy Enterprise AI Consultant Program
For High-Performing Early-Career Engineers (0–3 Years Post-Graduation)
About the Role - Associate AI Solutions Engineer
Initial Role: Associate AI Solutions Engineer
Benefits: Equity in the company, Health, Vision and Dental benefits and Flexible PTO
Location: 1 Kendall Square, Cambridge, MA (In-person role)
We are looking for a group of elite, early-career software engineers who are deeply technical and business savvy, looking to operate at the intersection of hands-on technical work and real enterprise impact.
Most engineering roles out of college put you in a seat, hand you a ticket queue and narrow your world to a single codebase. This isn't that. You'll function as the tip of the spear for Blitzy’s GTM engine, engaging with engineers at global enterprises, creating content around the Blitzy platform for vertical specific projects, analyzing production-scale AI code generation and building technical credibility most engineers don't develop until much further into their careers.
If you studied CS and want to actually change how software gets built, not just write it, this is a program that doesn't exist anywhere else.
What You'll Own:
Build In Public With Technical Depth -
You are expected to produce technical content and engage publicly to generate interest in the Blitzy platform. Your creativity is the only limit for content, guided video recordings, written analysis, code walkthroughs, diffs, live demos, long-form breakdowns are just a few examples.
Revenue impact is the ultimate measure and success here is team-driven. We win enterprise opportunities collaboratively. Promotion to a Forward Deployed Engineer or AI Solutions Consultant occurs based on performance (year 1 or earlier based on performance in your cohort).

We maintain a high bar for entry and a higher bar for progression. AI Solutions Associates You will learn from the industry’s sharpest Forward Deployed Engineers, AI Solutions Consultants and Account Executives on how to construct enterprise sales campaigns, work live opportunities and enable an agentic SDLC across large enterprises.
