Modernize Home Services is seeking a strategic, driven, and confident Enterprise Account Manager to support our fastest-growing market team. This high-impact role requires building strong relationships with top industry influencers and C-level executives, consulting on digital marketing and lead generation strategies, and delivering data-driven insights to maximize client ROI. You’ll partner cross-functionally to optimize services for a select portfolio, providing expert guidance and reporting to drive measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

Program management and optimization

  • Partner with our clients to gain a deep understanding of their objectives, approach, results and challenges. 
  • Create and execute strategic account plans that drive client satisfaction, retention, and maximize the lifetime value of the partnership
  • Lead high-impact meetings with Directors and C-suite executives to present consultative solutions, demonstrate ROI, and drive commitment.
  • Network within our account base to provide key recommendations, testimonials, and case studies to internal/external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and engineering to ensure clients receive the highest standards of service across the organization.

Solutions consultant and business results driver

  • Demonstrate expertise in our solutions and operational processes. 
  • Spearhead the development of compelling proposals and present strategic opportunities to senior executives.
  • Develop data-backed recommendations that challenge conventional thinking and drive measurable results.
  • Translate client needs and market dynamics into actionable strategies that expand revenue and deepen relationships.
  • Proactively share industry insights and trends to position yourself as a trusted advisor.

Data-driven account leadership 

  • Analyze account performance data to identify risks, trends, and growth opportunities.
  • Translate data into clear, actionable insights that drive measurable changes in client strategy and outcomes.
  • Confidently present data-backed recommendations to senior executives, securing buy-in for optimization and expansion opportunities.
  • Use reporting tools (Excel, Salesforce, internal dashboards) to track key metrics and proactively adjust strategies to hit or exceed targets.
  • Deliver performance reports that not only summarize results but also outline forward-looking actions to improve ROI and long-term success. 

Team player and culture fit:

  • Integrate with the Account Management team and Modernize organization at large. 
  • Embrace our core values work positively across departments. 

Requirements

  • 5+ years of consultative account management or account executive experience with mid-market or enterprise clients.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable results, hitting targets, and delivering growth.
  • Strong data analytics and interpretation skills, with the ability to use data to drive client strategies and business change.
  • Advanced Excel and Salesforce skills. 
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • Experience in lead generation / digital demand generation marketing a strong plus. 
  • Experience presenting and delivering strategic proposals to C-suite executives.
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and thrives in high-performance environments.
  • Startup or fast-growth company experience preferred. 
The expected salary range for this position is $66,000 USD to $105,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices. The salary may be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The position is also eligible to receive performance bonus or commission and equity in the form of restricted stock units. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s standard employee benefits programs, which currently include health care benefits; (2) retirement benefits; (3) the amount of paid days off (paid sick leave, parental leave, paid time off, or vacation benefits); (4) any other tax-reportable benefits.
