Position Summary:

The Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for managing sales directly to end-users of the organization’s products or services within a large, defined geographic area or a specific industry/product segment on a national or regional basis. This is a career-level sales role requiring a high degree of expertise in sales techniques and a strong understanding of the company’s offerings.

Location: Massachusetts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of the company’s products and services to enterprise-level clients.

  • Develop new accounts and expand existing relationships to maximize revenue.

  • Manage a defined territory, industry, or product segment with strategic importance.

  • Complete complex sales cycles with minimal supervision.

  • Evaluate client needs and recommend tailored solutions using deep product and industry knowledge.

  • Maintain and grow a solid base of accounts with established revenue/bookings responsibility.

  • Provide feedback and insights to internal teams to support product/service enhancements.

  • Cultivate and maintain a strong network of contacts and industry relationships.

  • Identify and pursue opportunities for team lead or strategic account growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (required); advanced degree a plus.

  • 5–8 years of proven sales experience, preferably in enterprise or B2B environments.

  • Demonstrated success in managing large accounts and closing complex deals.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of industry trends and client needs.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.

  • Familiarity with [insert relevant industry or product knowledge].

  • Strategic thinking and ability to influence decision-makers.

Forcepoint is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range and variable compensation for this role is 260,000.00 - 280,000.00 and represents the low and high end of compensation for this position. Actual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to, location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Forcepoint’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include bonuses, paid time off policy, and many region-specific benefits
