The Enterprise Account Manager will drive strategic expansion, build relationships with merchants, meet revenue targets, and manage internal processes while collaborating cross-functionally.
As Loop evolves into a multi-product suite, we’re building a new kind of Account Management function, one that’s focused on unlocking more value for our 5,000+ existing merchants by introducing them to new solutions in our suite.
We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to lead strategic expansion efforts within our customer base. This role is part relationship manager, part consultant, and part seller. You’ll work closely with Merchant Success Managers and cross-functional teams to identify the right opportunities, pitch new products, and help merchants grow with Loop.
If you're curious, driven, creative, and energized by a challenge, we want to hear from you.
At Loop, we’re intentional about the way we work so that we can do our best work. We call this our Blended Working Environment. We work from our HQ in Columbus, OH, or one of our Hub or Secluded locations, and are distributed throughout the United States, select Canadian provinces, and the United Kingdom. For this position, we’re looking for someone to join us in Los Angeles, CA; San Francisco, CA; Chicago, IL; New York City, NY; or Toronto, Canada.
What You’ll Do:
- Build relationships with enterprise merchants, identifying cross-sell opportunities, and recommending solutions or products that align with their needs to drive value and long-term partnerships.
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets through a strategic and consultative sales approach.
- Identify areas of opportunity to improve Account Management internal documentation/ processes (eg: SOPs, playbooks, etc.), propose solutions, and drive changes.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify growth opportunities, improve efficiency, and help drive merchant success.
- Act as THE voice of our market, sharing insights with our marketing, merchant success and product teams so we can be exceptional at responding to market needs.
- Effectively manage pipeline, forecasting, prioritize the right accounts, and create urgency.
- Work cross-functionally with Merchant Success Managers to identify and execute cross-sell opportunities that align with merchant goals and long-term account growth.
- Travel up to 1 to 2 regional trips per quarter, as needed.
Your Experience:
- 2-5 years in an Account Manager or Account Executive role at a B2B software company.
- Proven ability to develop and nurture long-term customer relationships while identifying opportunities for expansion or upselling.
- You can provide examples of how you addressed a customer's concern or hesitation with a product and turned that hesitancy into a win.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding quotas through proactive account management, prioritization, and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, persistence and resilience in the face of rejection or setbacks, with the ability to maintain motivation and focus on achieving quota.
- You have a results-driven mindset and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet and exceed quotas.
- You have a tried and true method to prioritize, stay organized, and handle every detail with care while juggling multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Comfort with using technology and software tools, such as CRMs, email automation platforms, and prospecting tools; experience with (or are excited to learn) Loop’s tools - Salesforce, Slack, Notion, Loom, Gong, and Google Suite.
- You thrive in rapidly changing, ambiguous, and fast moving environments.
- You have examples to share of how you’re already living Loop’s core values: Be a Human First, Courage Over Comfort, Own the Outcome, and Make Merchants Successful.

Loop Story
In a perfect world, Loop wouldn't exist. If we had our way, we'd live in a world where we're mindful about how we consume, we love every product we own, and we share values with the brands who create them. In reality, commerce isn't perfect and often breaks. Loop creates second chances.
We're starting by revolutionizing the post-purchase experience. We've taken one of the most fragile commerce interactions - returns - and turned it into something consumers actually love, and that deepens our connection to brands and products.
We take connection seriously on the inside, too. We're building a work experience that allows you to Be A Human First and prioritizes empathy and wellbeing. We view Loop as a special place in your career to shape the future of an industry and become a better person while doing it. You can grow faster here in a shorter amount of time - we'll give you space and trust you to fill it.
