About The Role

We're looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to join our expanding Enterprise East team. In this role, you'll own a book of enterprise accounts with full accountability for expansion, retention, and deepening monday.com's strategic footprint across each organization. In this role, you're not just managing accounts, you're growing them.

  • Own a named portfolio of enterprise accounts end-to-end: retention, expansion, and executive relationship management

  • Drive net revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell by identifying whitespace across business units, departments, and use cases

  • Develop and execute account plans that align monday.com's platform capabilities to each customer's strategic priorities and measurable ROI

  • Build and maintain multi-threaded relationships across economic buyers, champions, and executive stakeholders

  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding, adoption, and value realization — with clear commercial handoffs

  • Serve as the primary escalation point for relationship and commercial issues within your accounts

  • Consult with customer leaders on internal processes and challenge the status quo to drive organizational change and platform adoption

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS account management experience with a focus on enterprise accounts

  • Demonstrated track record of owning and growing a named book of business through expansion and renewal

  • Ability to run a full commercial cycle - from identifying expansion signals to multi-stakeholder negotiation and close

  • Strong executive presence with the credibility to engage and influence C-suite and VP-level buyers

  • Consultative approach: you diagnose before you prescribe, and you lead with business outcomes

  • Superb written and verbal communication skills

  • High energy, high ownership, low ego

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience

What monday.com can offer you:

  • Join a customer-obsessed team where transparency and ownership are how we actually operate - not just things we put on a wall

  • Work on a multi-product suite powered by advanced AI, where what you ship reaches hundreds of thousands of customers worldwide

  • Competitive salary, benefits, bonus potential, and equity eligibility for many roles — we believe people should share in our success

  • Grow fast through a dedicated L&D team, AI workshops, bootcamps, and internal hackathons - the industry moves quick and so do we

  • A collaborative, global culture backed by Employee Resource Groups and workplace teams across New York, Tel Aviv, London, Munich, Warsaw, Tokyo, Sydney, and more
