The Enterprise Account Executive will lead the sales cycle for large enterprise brands, collaborate on strategies, and educate clients on AI-powered marketing solutions while ensuring customer success.

At LTV.ai, we're redefining customer engagement for e-commerce brands by automating a lot of the day-to-day manual grunt work that goes into email marketing, from segmentation, to creating creative assets without designers, to personalization.

While increasing LTV and driving measurable growth, we help brands stay focused on what matters most - the customer.

Why this is the role to bet on

Most sales jobs hand you a script, a quota, and a seat in row five. This is the opposite.

You'll be our founding AE - the first real closer at a company that's already moving fast and about to move faster. You'll sell alongside the founder, learn how a company actually gets built, and put your fingerprints on the playbook every rep after you will run. There's no ceiling here and no line to wait in. If you're the kind of person who's tired of being the best on a team that doesn't move fast enough for you, this is your shot to go all-in and find out how good you actually are.

And the product is on your side. LTV.ai isn't just automating email - it's getting proactive, surfacing the right customers, recommending the campaigns worth sending, and pushing beyond email into every channel a brand touches. You'll be selling something that's visibly getting smarter every month, to brands who feel the pain you're solving the second you name it.

What you'll actually do
  • Own the full sales cycle end to end - you find them, you pitch them, you close them.

  • Build the motion from scratch. The messaging, the objection handling, the deck that finally lands - you'll write the first version of all of it, right next to the founder.

  • Get in front of e-commerce brands and show them how LTV.ai gets ahead of their marketing instead of just automating it - recommending the right lists, campaigns, and channels before they even ask.

  • Turn every call into fuel - the patterns you hear in the field go straight into what we build and how we sell it next.

  • Chase the hard deals nobody's cracked yet, and be the reason they close.

Who we're looking for
  • You've got a few years of sales under your belt (SaaS or MarTech is a plus) and a track record of outrunning your peers.

  • You win. Whatever you've done, you've been near the top of it - and you've got the receipts.

  • You're a builder, not a seat-filler. Ambiguity excites you. A blank page is an opportunity, not a problem.

  • You're AI-native to the core - you use AI to research, personalize, and move at a speed traditional reps can't touch, and you're fired up to sell a product that's genuinely intelligent.

  • You learn faster than everyone around you. Drop you into something new and you're dangerous within weeks.

  • You're hungry in a way that's hard to fake. You want to win, you want to grow, and you want it now.

Compensation + Benefits
  • Base depends a lot on the person but we reward A players

  • Equity included

If you're curious, ambitious, and hungry to build something big, feel free to email our founder directly [email protected] - we'd love to hear from you.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
