Scrunch AI is a marketing technology platform designed to help businesses adapt to AI-driven search environments. The company offers tools for monitoring brand presence, controlling data accuracy, and shaping customer journeys across AI search engines, chatbots, and crawling agents.

We’re seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing team. In this full-cycle sales role, You'll split your time between managing inbound interest and proactively engaging with prospective mid-market customers.

What You’ll Do:
  • Inbound Lead Management: Manage and close inbound leads.

  • Outbound Prospecting: Identify, target, and engage decision-makers within mid-market accounts to build a robust sales pipeline.

  • Full-Cycle Sales: Own the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.

  • Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain accurate sales records, track interactions, and ensure consistent follow-up to move prospects through the sales pipeline.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop outreach strategies, improve messaging, and align efforts across the organization.

  • Market Research: Continuously research and identify potential customers, market trends, and competitive intelligence to refine your approach and improve results.

What We’re Looking For:
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience: Proven experience as an Enterprise Account Executive or similar sales role, preferably in SaaS or AI products.

  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Comfortable engaging with prospects and clients via phone, email, and Zoom to articulate value propositions clearly and effectively.

  • Customer-Centric: A passion for helping customers succeed, with a strong understanding of their needs and how to provide solutions.

  • Organized & Goal-Driven: Excellent time management and follow-up skills, with a track record of hitting sales targets and driving revenue.

  • Tech-Savvy: Familiar with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot), sales tools, and SaaS/AI products.

  • Startup-Ready: Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be adaptable to evolving business needs.
