Hybrid/Field - candidates must reside in or be commutable to Boston, MA for local travel to customer accounts assigned within the territory. Must have a valid driver’s license.

The Enterprise Sales Executive is a key driver of revenue growth, responsible for cultivating and expanding relationships with large, complex enterprise clients. This role involves managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to solution development, negotiation, and closing.

You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including acquiring new accounts and logos, while also deepening engagement with existing clients. Success in this role requires exceptional communication, strategic planning, and negotiation skills, along with a deep understanding of the enterprise sales landscape and the ability to tailor solutions to meet diverse client needs

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with enterprise clients, meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual Quota Budgets.
  • Build Strategic Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives, to understand client needs and deliver solutions that provide value.
  • Sales Planning and Execution: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to engage prospects, manage a robust pipeline, and accurately forecast sales.
  • Effectively leverage sales tools to execute daily responsibilities, including CRM platformsSalesforceSales loft, and pipeline management systems for forecasting to drive customer engagement, streamline workflows, and optimize sales performance.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, and customer success) to align sales efforts with company offerings and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and client business strategies to provide consultative insights and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and pipeline health, using data to refine and optimize sales approaches.

Your profile

  • 5+ years of relevant industry Sales experience is helpful
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong executive presence with experience engaging and influencing C-suite and senior-level stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles, including contract negotiations and closing high-value deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel 50%-75% in the territory or more as required to meet with key stakeholders and drive business growth.

This position has a target base salary of:

$75,000.00

and annual commission target of:

$83,460.00

Quadient, Inc. has target base salary and target incentive compensation for our sales roles, that are based on function, level, and scope.
