Enterprise Account Executive — Maven AGICompany Overview

Maven AGI sits at the center of the hottest intersection in tech right now: AI and customer experience. While most "AI support" tools still focus on FAQs and deflection, Maven's agents actually do the work — autonomously interacting with customers, personalizing the conversation, and resolving complex issues, not just providing information.

That's not a soft ROI story. It's the most direct cost-displacement case in enterprise software today: real human work, replaced, at a fraction of the cost — not "savings if you use it well," but savings because the agent did the ticket instead of a person. That's the pitch you get to walk into every enterprise deal with.

Founded in 2023 by executives from HubSpot, Google, and Stripe, Maven builds conversational AI agents that don't just answer customers — they act: going into a customer's account, finding the actual problem, and fixing it, with no human required. Customers like Dell, ServPro, HardRock, Tripadvisor, Clio, and Thumbtack rely on Maven, with independently verified results — customers report resolving 70–93% of interactions autonomously — and G2 has named Maven a High Performer and Best Meets Requirements across multiple categories this spring.

Position Overview

As a member of our growing Enterprise sales team, you'll be instrumental in generating pipeline and landing and expanding business with large enterprise customers. You set ambitious personal goals and hold yourself accountable to a consistent, repeatable process to achieve them. What You'll Do
  • Drive Enterprise Sales: Identify, engage, and close new business with large enterprise clients, building long-term strategic relationships.

  • Account Management & Expansion: Manage and expand key accounts, identifying growth opportunities and deepening engagement across customer organizations.

  • Value-Based Selling: Guide clients through complex sales cycles with a consultative, solution-oriented approach, demonstrating the value of Maven AGI against their business objectives.

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to align on customer needs and ensure seamless implementation and support.

  • Market Research & Strategy: Stay ahead of industry trends and the competitive landscape to shape targeted sales strategies.

  • Pipeline & Forecast Management: Maintain a robust pipeline, forecast accurately, and report regularly against revenue targets.

  • Represent Maven AGI: Serve as a brand ambassador at industry events, conferences, and meetings.

  • Meet and Exceed Targets: Consistently hit or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals through disciplined execution.

Who You Are
  • Experience: 5+ years in enterprise sales, with a proven record of closing deals and exceeding targets within large organizations.

  • Strategic Selling Skills: Demonstrated ability to sell to C-suite and senior-level executives, particularly within Fortune 1000 companies.

  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of Customer Experience, Customer Support, or SaaS markets, with experience selling high-value solutions.

  • Account Management: Skilled at both new-customer acquisition and account expansion — a balance of hunter and farmer mindsets.

  • Solution-Oriented: Expertise in consultative, value-based selling, able to clearly connect solutions to customer needs and business value.

  • Business Acumen: Strong financial, technical, and business insight to navigate complex sales cycles and tailor solutions.

  • Collaboration Skills: Track record working cross-functionally with product, customer success, and marketing.

  • Attributes: High energy, entrepreneurial mindset, disciplined execution, and a genuine passion for customer-centric relationships.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; MBA is a plus.

How You Show Up
  • We are customer champions. You put users at the center of your thinking, advocate for their needs, and design solutions that make their lives measurably better.

  • We are bold in action. You move with urgency and courage, unafraid to challenge convention and take smart risks in pursuit of meaningful outcomes.

  • We are data-driven and insight guided. You make thoughtful decisions grounded in evidence, combining data with intuition to guide strategy and execution.

  • We are stronger together. You bring others along, value diverse perspectives, and contribute to a culture of trust and shared ownership.

What We Offer
  • 100% of medical, dental, and vision premiums covered for you, 80% for family

  • HSA and FSA plans available

  • Unlimited vacation and 100% paid parental leave

  • Free lunches, onsite gym, and commuter benefits for in-office employees

  • $1,000 home office stipend and $5,000/year for continuing education

  • Competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and meaningful equity

  • ~130 people, built from zero in under three years — small enough that your work is visible, big enough to already be running at Dell- and Tripadvisor-scale

So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
