Sell Partner Relationship Management (PRM) SaaS to enterprise accounts through full sales cycle ownership. Build C-level relationships, create account plans, collaborate cross-functionally, identify upsell opportunities, maintain pipeline/forecasting, and stay current on PRM and partner ecosystem trends.
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive the growth of our Partner Relationship Management (PRM) solutions. This role is pivotal in supporting our expanding customer and industry base, focusing on building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers in (complex) organizations. This is a fully remote position supporting our global customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new enterprise customers seeking PRM solutions to enhance their partner programs and ecosystem.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, solution presentation, negotiation, and closing high-value deals.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to each enterprise client’s partner strategy and business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders within target accounts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, driving continued revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and CRM records.
- Stay current on PRM trends, partner ecosystem best practices, and competitive landscape to position our solutions effectively.
Requirements
- Proven track record of selling SaaS or PRM solutions to enterprise customers, with experience managing complex sales cycles and exceeding revenue targets.
- 10 years of progressive experience in sales
- Focus on the buying process of our customers and making it as easy as possible.
- Deep understanding of partner ecosystems, channel sales, and the unique needs of enterprise partner programs.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a consultative sales approach.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales forecasting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or a related field.
- Experience supporting or selling to partner/channel teams (preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with PRM platforms and partner enablement technologies (preferred but not required).
