The Enterprise Account Executive drives growth by positioning our AI-driven supply chain platform as a mission-critical solution for global enterprises. Every deal helps customers anticipate disruption, reduce risk exposure, and meet growing regulatory demands in an increasingly complex world.
As an AE at Resilinc, you will hunt new logos, lead disciplined, value-based sales cycles, and work directly with executives responsible for operational continuity and risk. You’ll use POVs to prove impact, close complex enterprise deals, and see your work translate into stronger, more trusted supply chains.
What You Will Do
- Own and execute a strategic territory and account plan to identify, pursue, and close net-new enterprise opportunities within assigned verticals
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through focused execution and deal discipline
- Lead disciplined, value-based enterprise sales cycles from discovery through POV, negotiation, and close, tying customer risk, compliance, and resilience challenges to measurable outcomes
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior leaders, from VP-level stakeholders through C-suite executives responsible for supply chain continuity and risk
- Develop and execute quarterly account strategies aligned to customer priorities, regulatory requirements, and long-term growth objectives
- Maintain accurate pipeline visibility, opportunity updates, and revenue forecasts in Salesforce
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through focused execution and deal discipline
- Partner with Alliances and Partnerships teams to expand pipeline, accelerate deal velocity, and support multi-channel growth
- Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in supply chain resilience, risk, and compliance within assigned verticals
What You Will Bring
- 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience focused on net-new logo acquisition
- Experience selling SaaS-based supply chain and/or SCRM solutions; experience selling AI-driven platforms strongly preferred
- Proven track record of success selling complex B2B solutions to enterprise accounts, closing large transactions, and consistently exceeding quotas on $1M+ ACV opportunities
- Demonstrated success in high-growth or early-stage environments, building territory and pipeline while exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with structured enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, or Challenger (preferred)
- Ability to work effectively within a remote, distributed, and cross-functional team environment
- Adaptability, resilience, and sound judgment in a fast-paced, evolving market
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
