Your Role:
As our Enterprise Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of expanding our reach in the North American market. This is not just a sales role; it’s a chance to make a significant impact by bringing our mission of accessible coaching to life. You will manage complex sales cycles and close high-value deals, all while collaborating with a talented team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own Your Territory: Lead a defined territory, collaborating with your Sales Development Representative to generate excitement and adoption of CoachHub. Close multi-year, six-figure deals that drive our mission forward.
- Engage and Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams to creatively meet client needs. Provide strategic insights that help optimize client success and satisfaction.
- Drive Sales: Engage in dynamic sales activities—from calls and demos to negotiations and presentations—guiding prospects seamlessly through the sales funnel.
- Be a Trusted Consultant: Deliver exceptional customer service alongside your Customer Success Representative, ensuring clients feel valued and supported.
- Network and Represent: Be the face of CoachHub at industry events. Expand your professional network while promoting our innovative solutions.
- Manage Your Pipeline: Take charge of your customer pipeline, accurately forecasting and managing opportunities to ensure revenue achievement.
- Exceed Expectations: Consistently meet and exceed your revenue targets while contributing to our collective success.
Your Profile:
- Experience: 5+ years in sales, with 3-5 years in enterprise sales and a proven track record of closing complex deals over $100K.
- Dynamic and Driven: Thrive under pressure and adapt to high expectations in a fast-paced environment.
- Engaging Storyteller: Connect with clients on a personal level while utilizing data-driven insights to enhance your sales effectiveness.
- SaaS & HR Tech Savvy: Prior experience in SaaS sales is a must; HR Tech background is highly preferred.
- Strategic and Creative: Exhibit strategic thinking, creativity, and curiosity, backed by a record of success.
- Independent Pipeline Builder: Confidently prospect and build your own pipeline.
- Exceptional Communicator: Articulate, diplomatic, and motivated with strong negotiation skills.
- Collaborative Spirit: Enjoy working in a team-oriented environment and bring a positive attitude to the table.
- Willing to Travel: Ready to travel within North America for client and team meetings (up to 20%).
