About the Role:
The Enterprise Account Executive (EAE) is an outside sales role responsible for driving revenue growth across an assigned account portfolio primarily in the Mid-Atlantic region. The EAE manages and grows relationships across Cars Commerce's full platform suite — including Marketplace, Accu-Trade, Media Solutions, and Dealer Inspire — with a focus on upselling, expansion, and long-term retention.
This role sells to both new and existing customers and requires close collaboration with Regional Account Executives (RAEs), Performance Managers (PFMs), and Product Specialists to deliver optimized, tailored solutions that drive customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing new opportunities across assigned accounts and platforms.
Act as a liaison for prospects and existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and growth.
Partner with the Regional Account Executive (RAE) and other internal teams to support client needs and execute on account strategy.
Collaborate with Business Development (BD) and Customer Success teams to determine client needs and provide recommendations for upselling.
Coordinate with Product Specialists (Marketplace, Website Solutions, Media, and Accu-Trade) to execute sales strategies and deliver key insights through reports and analysis.
Conduct in-depth sales presentations, including product demos that highlight key benefits, return on investment, and the overall value of our services.
Maintain and grow relationships with accounts through a mix of remote and in-person interactions.
Qualifications:
5+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS or digital advertising; automotive industry experience a plus.
Consistent track record of quota attainment with a demonstrated ability to identify, manage, and close complex sales cycles.
Experience selling software solutions to business leaders using a consultative, solution-selling approach.
Skilled at delivering compelling sales presentations and product demos that clearly articulate ROI.
Strong collaborator with the ability to influence and align team members within a pod-based structure.
Outside sales requiring a self-starter who thrives working remotely and in the field, with up to 50% travel required.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
In this spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the compensation for this role. The range is expressed as total target compensation (base salary + variable). If you are hired at Cars Commerce, your total target compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills and/or experience.
