We are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business growth, close strategic accounts, and ensure long-term customer success. This role is ideal for a motivated, entrepreneurial, and high-performing sales professional with experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles.

You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close while building lasting customer relationships and contributing to overall go-to-market strategy.

The candidate will be responsible for leading outbound sales activities, establishing new accounts, and maximizing the company’s revenues. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and outbound prospecting
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline to ensure consistent market coverage
  • Own the full sales cycle including discovery, positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and close
  • Deliver compelling presentations that clearly communicate Flexcompute’s value proposition
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and ensure a high level of satisfaction
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline activity in CRM systems
  • Build long-term relationships to drive expansion and repeat business
  • Represent Flexcompute at industry events and conferences
  • Partner with marketing to refine messaging, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies
  • Advocate for customer needs internally to inform product development and roadmap decisions

Requirements
  • Required qualifications
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in enterprise environments
    • Strong experience generating new business and acquiring new clients
    • Ability to navigate and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals
    • Experience with metrics-driven, goal-oriented sales processes
    • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
    • Highly motivated, self-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset
    • Fast learner with strong technical aptitude
    • Bachelor’s degree in STEM, business, or a related field
  • Preferred qualifications
    • Experience selling SaaS solutions
    • Background in CAD, CAE, or engineering simulation software
    • Experience with Computational Fluid Dynamics, photonics, electromagnetic simulation, or Electronic Design Automation
    • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales systems
