About the Job:
As an Enterprise Account Executive specializing in Technology-Enabled Cybersecurity Services, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing relationships with enterprise clients. You will leverage your sales expertise and knowledge of security solutions to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional value through our comprehensive managed security services and professional security services offerings to large enterprise organizations, leveraging your cybersecurity knowledge and sales acumen to address their security challenges and needs.
The ideal candidate will pro-actively network, and sell to multiple contacts within an organization, including C-Suite. The Enterprise Account Executive will manage and develop relationships with customers and provide a consultative sales approach that delivers the highest level of account management services. This position is virtual/remote with regional travel as necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for top of funnel activities to drive new business within target market to meet or exceed quota.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor managed services solutions accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at enterprise accounts.
- Articulate the value proposition of our managed services or professional services solutions, demonstrating how they address client pain points and drive business outcomes.
- Prepare and present customized proposals, including pricing, implementation plans, and service level agreements.
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring alignment with company policies and profitability objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position our managed services and profesioanl services offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress within the CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports and forecasts on sales performance, pipeline status, and market opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, with at least 5+ years of experience selling managed services or professional services or similar IT solutions.
- Strong understanding of managed services or professional servcies, including Managed Security Services, Identity & Access Management, cybersecurity principles, threat detection, and response strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with C-level executives and other key stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
