Enrollments Specialist

Please note at least one year of phone-based customer service experience is required for this role.  This position will be fully remote.

Century Consulting Services is currently on the lookout for a dedicated Enrollments Specialists who embodies excellent organizational skills, diligence, and a strong team spirit. If you thrive on providing exceptional customer service and enjoy going the extra mile to exceed expectations, you may be the perfect fit for our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a high volume of customer inquiries via email, and phone calls, making effective organizational and prioritization skills crucial. Familiarity with Excel, proper email etiquette, and Word is also essential. Schedule:  

• Monday-Friday 10:00am-7:00pm EST 

RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Enrollment Processing: Review and validate enrollment applications to ensure accuracy and completeness 

• Client Portal Support: Assist clients with navigating the online portal by providing troubleshooting support and answering questions related to portal access and functionality.

• Collaboration: Work closely with clients and internal teams to gather necessary documentation and information and sending where appropriate 

• Client Communication: Conduct outbound welcome calls that review vital information with clients as well as general phone and email support 

• Compliance and Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of all enrollment-related documents and correspondence with clients 

• Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in enrollment applications. 

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS 

• Dedicated and results driven 
• Minimum of 1 year phone-based customer service experience 
• High commitment to customer satisfaction 
• Expert verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate clearly and professionally 
• A people person that can empathize with customers and help them work through concerns 
• A lighthearted, friendly attitude 
• Strong listening skills with careful attention to detail 
• Professional and reliable work ethic 

• Team player with eagerness to learn and willingness to contribute in any way necessary 
• Spanish Speaker (Highly preferred - NOT Required)
