The Enrollment Specialists complete outbound telephonic outreach to eligible members, providing an overview of the Dario solution and walking the member through the enrollment and setup process. 

Responsibilities 

  • Utilize motivational interviewing and active listening skills to engage, excite, and relate to members in a self-led manner that connects members’ health and wellness goals to the Dario solution. 
  • Apply appropriate sales techniques and demonstrate sustained achievement of monthly goals and metrics. 
  • Provide education and insight on chronic disease management in a non-academic and non-clinical way. 
  • Be enthusiastic, optimistic, and passionate about health and helping others. 
  • Following PHI and HIPAA requirements 
Requirements
  • 2+ years’ experience in high volume sales in a call center environment. 
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish required. 
  • Chronic disease, behavioral health, and/or diabetes knowledge highly preferred. 
  • Demonstrated effective organizational, time management, and communication skills. 
  • Excellent telephone etiquette skills that encourage and engage positive actions. 
  • Independent, creative self-starter, flexible, comfortable with ambiguity, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment that encourages critical thinking and creative problem solving. 
  • Ability to learn, understand, and communicate benefit offering information. 
  • Proficient with technology, web-based applications, mobile applications, CRM (salesforce), softphone, etc. 
  • Knowledge and experience in behavioral engagement strategies preferred. 

Remote Work Requirements 

  • A quiet, private, distraction-free home office environment. 
  • Reliable high-speed internet with minimum 10Mbps download speed and 5Mbps upload speed. 
  • Discipline and autonomy to work from home.  
  • Working hours 12:00PM – 9:00PM EST
