About the Role

Allara Health seeks a dedicated and detail-oriented Enrollment Analyst to join our team. This fully remote role is pivotal in ensuring that our providers are enrolled with our participating plans in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare administration, a keen eye for detail, and excellent organizational skills. 

This is a temporary, remote, 1099 contractor position reporting to the Payer Operations Manager.

What You’ll Do 

  • Under the supervision of the Payer Operations Manager, this position will be responsible for the timely review, investigation, enrollment, and updating of provider applications received in the department.
  • The position must maintain the quality, production, and timeliness standards of the department.
  • Review, data entry, and process all enrollment/update provider enrollment types and related documents, and correct audit errors found.
  • Working on complex Provider Enrollment applications that are under strict deadlines.
  • Address and resolve any issues that arise during the credentialing process in a timely fashion. Provide feedback on problem prevention for early intervention to ensure limited patient and revenue issues.

Who You Are

  • Experience with Verifiable and CAQH
  • 2+ years of experience in provider credentialing, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
