Position Summary

Wall Street Prep (WSP) is growing and seeking a results-driven, high-performing Enrollment Advisor to join our team. This role is responsible for driving enrollments into our online certificate programs through proactive outreach, consultative selling, and disciplined pipeline management.

As a key member of the Enrollment team, you will own the full sales cycle—from initial inquiry to enrollment—engaging finance professionals, identifying their career goals, and positioning certificate programs as the solution. Success in this role requires consistently hitting and exceeding outreach metrics (calls, emails, consultations), maintaining a healthy and well-managed pipeline within the CRM, and achieving weekly and monthly enrollment KPIs.

The ideal candidate thrives in a performance-based environment, is motivated by goals and conversion targets, and is committed to delivering a consultative sales experience that drives measurable enrollment growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and drive enrollment cycles. Take full accountability for converting prospective students from initial inquiry through enrollment. Maintain disciplined pipeline management to ensure steady and predictable enrollment outcomes.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and cohort enrollment KPIs. Operate with a strong performance mindset to drive personal performance and adjust strategies to maximize results
  • Conduct high-impact consultative enrollment conversations. Lead structured consultations and calls to discover and assess candidates’ professional background, urgency and decision criteria for moving forward. Deliver tailored recommendations and position programs effectively to align with candidates' motivation and overcome objections.
  • Proactively manage a high-volume pipeline. Maintain consistent, strategic follow-up. Prioritize high-intent contacts, re-engage stalled opportunities, and implement targeted outreach strategies to accelerate decision timelines.
  • Deliver a high-touch, conversion-focused candidate experience. Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective learners, providing timely, professional and consultative communication via phone, email and virtual meetings to build trust and drive commitment.
  • Travel and assist with program-focused events and co-host information sessions. Travel (approximately 30% annually) to support key program events and high-impact recruitment initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation and forecasting. Utilize CRM to document all candidate interactions, track activity, and forecast enrollment outcomes.
  • Clearly communicate program structure, tuition, policies, and expectations to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the enrollment process.
  • Monitor applicant pipeline performance, identify trends, and provide feedback to leadership on candidate insights and market demand.
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, program management, operations, and finance teams to ensure a seamless learner journey from inquiry through program completion.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • 2–3 years of experience in customer service, enrollment, sales, or a related field.
  • Prior experience engaging with finance professionals is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with educational or certification programs is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and anticipate needs.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident and empathetic listener and presenter, capable of supporting professionals from entry-level to executive.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative team player excited to grow with a mission-driven company.
Core Competencies
  • Teamwork: Collaborative and empathetic with colleagues and learners from diverse backgrounds.
  • Integrity: Consistent and responsible; follows through on commitments and does the right thing.
  • Accountability: Owns outcomes and honors commitments to both clients and colleagues.
  • Humility: Open to feedback, personal growth, and continuous learning.
  • Results-Driven: Committed to high standards and delivering measurable impact.
  • Transparency: Practices open and honest communication in all aspects of the role.
