Job Summary:
- Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated project(s) to ensure that all goals or objectives are accomplished within prescribed time and budget.
- Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
- Establishes work plan, duties, scope of authority and staffing for each phase of project
- Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget.
- Reviews and prepares status reports and modifies schedules or plans as required.
- Timely resolution of any issues or delay regarding project as they come up.
- Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of staff assigned to project.
- Maintain highest level of professionalism with staff and external vendors.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of relevant MEP consulting design industry experience.
- P.E. License desirable.
- Overall Project Management expertise in key areas of responsibility such as project planning, scheduling, financial reporting, QA/QC.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers
- Completes work in timely manner, must be able to multitask multiple ongoing projects.
- Teamwork - Builds a positive team spirit, puts success of team above own interests.
- High attention to detail, driven to ensure high quality of work.
- Proficiency with Revit / Autocad Design software; Trace, Deltek Accounting software; Access Database software; Excellent Microsoft Office skills
