  • Identify and escalate schedule, scope, and resource risks early, and work with project owners to develop practical recovery actions.

  • Prepare concise weekly status reports, project updates, meeting summaries, briefing materials, and follow-up communications for the Director.

  • Organize project meetings, agendas, notes, decisions, and action items, and coordinate information requests and deadlines through completion.

  • Develop and maintain professional PowerPoint presentations for HQ leadership, customers, budget reviews, facility projects, executive meetings, and engineering updates.

  • Translate technical input, drawings, data, and rough notes into clear narratives, accurate charts and tables, and polished presentations while verifying information with subject matter experts.

  • Maintain organized project files, contacts, schedules, templates, version control, and reference materials to ensure current information is accurate, accessible, and consistently presented.

Job Requirements

  • Five or more years of experience in project management, project coordination, engineering operations, or a comparable role supporting technical teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple schedules and drive follow-through across teams without direct authority.

  • Advanced PowerPoint skills and a portfolio showing executive presentations built from complex information.

  • Strong Excel, writing, editing, meeting facilitation, and data-checking skills.

  • Comfort working with budgets, vendor quotations, technical terminology, and changing project priorities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, project management, communications, or equivalent experience.
